About Jaleh
Some years ago, I discovered that massage helped me cope with a stressful job in criminal law. I was intrigued by the way that massage worked psychologically as well as physically. Whilst working full time, I passed my Holistic Massage Diploma in 2006 and began to treat family and friends. I quickly discovered a love for giving massage and decided to become a Massage Therapist.
Many people find life busy and stressful and are increasingly looking for ways to unwind, relax and maintain their health without immediately resorting to medicines. Massage can be a valuable tool in the prevention of many physical and psychological ailments.
I believe that massage is an holistic therapy which not only relieves muscular aches and pains but when incorporated into daily life, can improve our wellbeing. It can help heal the mind, body and spirit and achieve and maintain balance, both physically and emotionally. It is a great way of maintaining good health and feeling relaxed and ready for life.
Having worked in several clinics and obtained further qualifications, I have created a calm and tranquil treatment room in my garden where I provide treatments to help make other people’s lives that little bit easier too.
I work with each client individually, adapting the massage to the particular needs and requirements of each person.
